Hi All,
looking for a new flatmate in this amazing en-suite room in the East Village by the Olympic Park!

RENT:
£1,112 pcm + bills; about £100 per month. Internet is already included in rent.
Move in date: Around July 15th, but flexible and happy to discuss.

EXISTING CONTRACT:
Our contract is not due for renewal for another 2 years, which is great because it means rent doesn't go to market price anytime soon. Swapping out is very easy, the contract is with Get Living who are very easy to deal with. You do need to pass references in order to be able to move in.

EN-SUITE:
The bedroom has a king-sized bed and is fully furnished, has an amazing 3-door wardrobe, a chest drawer and 2 night stands. You can easily fit a desk just. The ensuite bathroom is a standing shower, with a lot of space to put all your essentials behind the mirror.

LOCATION:
Really well connected via Stratford station (9 min walk) or via the Stratford International DLR station (6 min walk). Then easy access to the rest of london via the Central, Elizabeth, Jubilee, Overground or the DLR.
The area is really nice, with tons of restaurants and bars within 15 min in Hackney Wick! Lots of green areas and parks around for runs and walks.

IDEAL HOUSEMATE:
Looking for someone likeminded - who's friendly, sociable, up for the odd takeaway/drinks or Netflix & wants to treat this as their home!
Important that they are also clean, tidy as we like to keep the living area and kitchen in optimum conditions - considerate this isn't a party flat but also like to have friends over for dinner and enjoying the balcony, etc.

FLATMATES:
You will be living with two girls in their late twenties (27 & 28), Paula & Kylie. Both work in the city and love spending time watching stuff on TV, going out for drinks/brunch/etc or cooking something. Definitely two social butterflies but also enjoy our own space and time.
Both work hybrid hours, so sometimes we do work in the flat. You will also be living with an amazing little orange cat called Taco. He is really the cutest cat you will ever meet, and for sure is the friendliest cat ever.

**We're looking to invite candidates for viewings and then ideally get together for a drink so that the three of us can get to know each other.**
