Big double room in East Village

I’m looking for someone to replace me in my amazing East Village flat from the end of June.
The room is an amazing space, with a king size bed, plenty of storage, a great view and loads of natural daylight.
My flatmates, who are in their late twenties, are both really friendly; Mike is a graphic designer and Dan an animator. We all get on really well so like to hang out in the evenings but also have our own lives so it’s a great balance!
The flat has a huge kitchen and lounge with a great balcony too. The room shares a bathroom with just one other person, Mike, who is super clean and tidy. We are top floor which is great as there is no one above, whilst we are also the corner flat which means we have windows bringing in light on 3 sides!
The flat is just a 10 minute walk from Stratford station and Stratford International so it’s very well connected, with the Elizabeth Line, Central Line, Overground & direct trains to St Pancras & Liverpool Street.
East Village itself is a really amazing area with loads of green space & lots going on. If you’re into sport there are so many great facilities nearby given that it’s the Olympic Park, whilst if you want to grab a drink or food in the sun Hackney Wick is just a 15/20 minute walk away too!
The contract on the flat runs until the end of November, hence minimum stay 5 months, but the other 2 intend to extend after that, so the flat is great whether you need something for just the 5 months or for a longer time.
