We are looking for a flatmate to join this lovely 3-bedroom flat in Pippin Mansions, East Village.

The room
The ensuite room faces the garden and is spacious and comprises 2 large built-in wardrobes, a king-size bed, a chest of drawers, and 2 bedside drawers. The bathroom has a shower and large mirrored cabinets.

The flat is modern and has a large balcony/winter garden and is equipped with everything you could possibly need!

The landlord is GetLiving and they are amazing. Maintenance is quick and we have 24/7 security who are always on hand.

The flatmates
Both working professionals - Lauren is a Trainee Solicitor who works from home 2 days per week, and loves yoga and a glass of wine. Ciaran is a Strategy Analyst for an e-commerce company, who works from home 3 days per week, enjoys being active and is on the hunt for the best Guinness in London.

We’re pretty laid back but like to keep the flat clean and tidy. We respect each other's space but we hope to find someone who’s keen to hang out with us (everything sport / booze / chilled nights in watching TV).

The location
The flat is well connected and ideally located from Stratford Station and Stratford International- Westfield is only 5 minutes away. Liverpool Street is a 7-minute journey on the Elizabeth Line. There are 3 gyms in the surrounding area and a yoga studio beside the flat. The Aquatics Centre is in the area too!
We’re looking for a working professional who is chilled, no drama and is respectful. Ideally we want to find someone who is keen to join in on flat activities, whether that be a game of paddle, going for drinks or a movie night in, but also respects each other’s space.

Worst bits last…
Rent is £1,190 per month.

Bills total £95 per month. The flat is pretty energy efficient and cosy. We only needed to use the (underfloor) heating a handful of times last year. We all chip in a tenner every quarter for the TV licence and buy cleaning supplies in bulk and split the costs.

Parking is available as an extra from the landlord for around £65 pcm.

There is no deposit required however GetLiving requires a minimum salary of £30,000 and referencing checks.
