Our lovely flatmate, Erona, will be moving out in May, so we are looking for a new roomie to take over his ensuite room in our three-bed apartment.
About us:
You’ll be sharing with Charlotte (Makeup Artist) and me (Content Writer). We’re an absolutely dreamy bunch who love to yap, dance, and watch shows together, but don't get me wrong, we also love to do our own thing, as we have different schedules.
About our flat:
The flat is furnished throughout (including your room), with underfloor heating and high-tech amenities.
Set in East Village, the flat has amazing travel links, including a 6-minute train from Kings Cross, the Elizabeth line (direct to Heathrow), the central line, Jubilee, the DLR (15 minutes to the city airport), national rail, overground, trains to Stansted, etc.
There's a spacious living room/kitchen with Chromecast TV, a huge south-facing balcony, and living room windows🌅.
Local amenities:
Westfield and Stratford Centre are also right on our doorstep for groceries and shopping. There are lots of coffee shops, green spaces, bakeries and restaurants nearby, so it’s really great in the summer.
Extras:
Garage parking is available at an extra cost. Council permits can also be obtained for street parking. WiFi is included in the rent. Water, electricity, and council tax cost about £120-200 per person per month.
Legal stuff:
There is no deposit, but references, a credit check, and proof of gross income (before tax) of over £30K per year are required. You will need to provide the landlord with your most recent payslip and corresponding bank statement so that they can verify your declared income. If you are self-employed, an accountant's reference, along with bank statements, will be required. Full-time employment status is preferred.
The landlord is Get Living. Moving out is possible after 3 months and you will have to propose a new housemate to Get Living 1 month in advance.
