• You will share the house with two meticulous women, therefore we are looking for individuals who look for a “home” to live in a dignity, can dedicate time to their responsibilities at home.

• We always maintain the house & the communal spaces well ( kitchen, living room, bathroom ) clean, tidy and clutter-free. There will be regular cleaning rotation between the household. 🧼

• We will consider candidates who work full on-site or from home no more than 1–2 days per week. 💼

• Your annual salary should be 30X of your room’s rent to meet the criteria for the Agency, or you will need a guarantor. 🕵️

•Smoking & Pets are also not permitted as per the tenancy agreement. 🐶
