Large double bedroom in a great 3 bed East Village flat available now as I have left the flat to move abroad for work

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and a desk.

The common area has a living area (with not one but two TVs), kitchen, a dining area and a washer/dryer. There is also a 'winter garden', which is a covered balcony.

Stratford Station and Westfield Shopping Centre are both a 10 minute walk away, as is the Olympic Park and Hackney Wick.

You'll be sharing with two professional guys, both divide time between working from home and being in the office. They're very easy to live with and were the best housemates I've had in my time in London.

Rent is £1,105 a month, bills not included and total an additional £80-100 approximately per month.

In order to take on the tenancy you will be subjected to Get Living's reference system which requires the incoming occupant to demonstrate that their gross annual earnings is at least 30 times the rent share and they have a credit score of good or excellent.
