Our housemate is sadly moving out of our 4 bed townhouse in East Village after 3 years so looking for someone to take their place! We are signing a new lease from April 2026 to April 2028.

💰Rent: £991 per month (this might increase slightly by the inflation rate after 12 months - last year it was by £30, this year it stays at £991)

📆 Move in date: From 1st April

The double bedroom is on the top floor and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and chest of drawers, and you’d be sharing the bathroom with one other girl.

The kitchen, dining room and living room area are on the floor below with our own garden and access to a shared courtyard.

You’d be living with 3 girls aged 28-29 who enjoy dinner nights in, pub quizzes, festivals, movie nights, crafting, after work drinks, travelling and exploring London 🍜🥂🍿🚌🍸🧶🎨🎪✈️
