Hey!! Im moving in with a friend and looking to replace myself in my 3 bedroom, super cute and modern flat!

Move in: march 9th ideal, but can be a few days later

The room: FURNISHED! Comes with double bed, large built in wardrobe, 2 side tables & a 3 drawer dresser. Room for a desk as well to suit WFH days! 2 windows with blackout curtains, but offer so much light!

The flatmates: 2 lovely ladies (ages 26 & 30) who hangout and share chill time in the living room watching rom coms or reality tv but also have separate social lives! Both a mix of WFH and office life

The unit: super specious living room, with tv & all the applications, 2 couches, patio, and lots of natural light! Large bathroom shared with 1 other flatmate with shower and bathtub!

The area: steps away from Westfield mall! Amazing transit routes with DLR, Lizzy Line, Jubilee line, Overground, AND Central line. Along with other commuter train options. The Lizzy line is only 2 stops away from Liverpool Street which is central London! The DLR is 5 min walk which is 1 stop to Stratford OR you can walk through the mall to all the other lines at 10 minutes!

Other things in the area: 2 min walk from open gym or pilates, steps away from multiple restaurants, waitress & M&S in the mall and Sainsbury is 4 min walk from the flat. 10 minutes walk to hackney bridge with lots of cool spots for bars and hangs!

Rent: 1175M - plus bills. We are super lucky as it is a new flat the bills are super attainable with 62/m counsel and 20/m for energy - so around 1250 total.
