I’m looking for someone to take over my spacious double room in a lovely 3-bedroom flat in East Village, Stratford. I really enjoy living here and am only moving out to live with a close friend — otherwise I would happily stay.

• 5–10 min walk to Stratford Station (Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth line, DLR)
• Close to Westfield, gyms, cafes and restaurants
• Near parks, Hackney Wick and the Olympic Park
