Spacious double room in modern flat - East Village

Hi there,

We are three young professionals looking for a 4th housemate in the East Village.
GetLiving offers deposit-free renting so no (£0!) deposit will be required! We are looking for someone to move in from mid-late April, so please do get in touch if that time range works for you!

ROOM AVAILABLE:
One furnished double, bright bedroom with two large windows (bedroom 2 on the floor plan) is available. The room is spacious and includes a large, built-in three door wardrobe, a large chest of drawers and two bedside tables. There is ample storage space under the Ottoman bed. It looks out onto a green, quiet and residential courtyard.
There is enough space for a desk and desk chair (see photos). The room shares a bathroom with 1 other person.

OUR HOME:
The 3-bed 5th floor apartment is fully furnished and comes with a winter garden, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite). There is a spacious, open plan kitchen, dining area and living room. We are located in a very quiet and calm part of the East Village, surrounded by green space with no traffic noise. The Olympic Park is next door (with great sports facilities!), and Victoria Park and the Hackney Marshes are a 15 min walk away.

We have 1 GB/s internet and bills and council tax come on top of the rent and are £80 pcm per person. We have a large TV in the shared living room with the usual subscriptions available, where we like to hang out, chat and relax in the evenings.

YOUR FUTURE HOUSEMATES:
The three of us work across energy, forecasting and healthcare. Kyle is Northern Irish, keen climber and enjoys to try out a new cocktail. Donato is German-Italian, often travels for work, loves cooking and enjoys playing sports! Ciara is a trainee surgeon, loves running and a coffee from Signorelli’s downstairs.

THE LETTING AGENCY:
GetLiving are decent landlords in our experience (some of us have been with them for over 7 years), and are on top of maintenance when needed - they have sorted all our problems within days (max 1 week).

LOCATION:
East Village has a Sainsbury's, pubs, local shops and restaurants and the flat is 5 min to Stratford International and 10 min to Stratford Station walking. The Westfield Shopping centre (with Waitrose, John Lewis, M&S and co) is next door. Hackney Wick with its bars, restaurants and scenic canal spots isn't far either (15 mins walk).
