Double room in lovely East Village townhouse

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely townhouse in East Village as I’m planning to move out in early May. I’ve lived here for just over two years and have absolutely loved it!

We have a double room available in our modern three-storey townhouse, with a bathroom shared with just one other person. The house has a beautiful open-plan living and dining area, plus a large private terrace and outdoor space, perfect for relaxing or socialising.

Because the house is spread over three floors, it’s a great balance of having friendly housemates to socialise with while still having your own space.

The house is furnished to a high standard, and the room is in excellent condition, so you can move in easily without needing to buy anything new 😊 The kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine/tumble drier, and the shared spaces are bright and modern.

Location highlights:
• 12-minute walk to Stratford Station (Central, Jubilee, DLR, Elizabeth Line & Overground)
• 5-minute walk to Stratford International (DLR and train connection 7 minutes to King’s Cross)
• Walking distance to Westfield Shopping Centre

Housemate preference:
Ideally, my housemates are looking for a professional female who would enjoy living in a friendly, relaxed home.

Affordability requirement:
There is no deposit which is great! However the rental agency requires affordability checks, so to qualify your annual income will need to be at least £29,000.
