🏠 The Flat: Modern furbished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. Fully equipped modern kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and balcony.

En-suite Room: £1,300/month
Bedroom (shared bathroom): £1,120/month. (Note: Prices exclude bills, monthly bills about £70-80 per person )

We are two besties graduated from Cambridge together. Now we are working professionals (law & tech respectively) who love reading, cooking, philosophy and sports. We are clean, respectful, and keep a regular schedule. We value a peaceful and quiet home environment.

* Transport: 5-min walk to the station, great bus links.
* Shopping: Right downstairs from Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, M&S, and Asian supermarkets. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
* Safety: Very safe residential area with 24h security.

👩 Who we’re looking for:
