I’m moving out of london and looking for someone to take over my Double room in a 4-bed townhouse in East Village, Stratford.

• Fully furnished: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and 2 bedside tables
• Shared bathroom : shared with one other person ( male )
• Plenty of natural light, clean, and quiet

• 4-bed modern townhouse over 3 floors
• Huge open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area
• Patio with outdoor furniture – great for summer
• Two fridges (one between two people), washer/dryer & dishwasher
• A cleaner comes once a week to do all bathrooms and shared spaces
• Bike storage is included, and parking is available (extra cost)

📍Location
• 10 mins to Stratford Station (Tube, Overground, National Rail) 2 mins to Stratford International Station ( DLR)
• Next to Westfield, with loads of shops, restaurants & cafes
• Green spaces all around (Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Hackney Marshes)
• Safe, well-connected and lively neighbourhood

About Us

You’ll be living with 3 fantastic flatmates. They are chilled, friendly flatmates all working professionals ( one girl and two guys).

We started out as strangers and have become really good friends! While it’s a relaxed, and respectful vibe , we are quite sociable and enjoy spending time with each other: watching movies, organising flat drinks and dinners together.

Looking For
• A clean, considerate professional (no students, please)
• Someone who’s happy doing their own thing but also up for a chat now and then
• Long-term preferred

• £962.23 /month (bills not included)
• Bills. £135/month (covers everything)
• Gigabit Wi-Fi is included as well, which is perfect for working from home.
