Double room in East Village

Hi! We're looking for a new flatmate to join our 3-bed in East Village.

This has been my home for 2 years since and if it's not for moving in with my partner I would love to stay.

The room is a fully furnished double with a bathroom shared with only 1 other housemate, so you'll have plenty of privacy. The flat also has a large balcony – perfect for morning coffees or summer evenings.

You'd be living with Joe and George, both working professionals (risk and accountancy). We're a pretty laid-back household – happy to have a chat, watch the football together, but equally respectful of everyone's space.

Rent: £980 per month
Bills: Around £120 per month

Location: East Village is a great spot – walking distance to Stratford International Hackney Wick, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and green space on your doorstep.

About you: Ideally a young professional in your mid-to-late 20s who's friendly, tidy, and up for being part of a relaxed household.
