We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely 3-bed, 2-bath flat in East Village. You’ll be moving in with two easygoing, sociable professionals in our late 20s to early 30s, looking for someone who wants a relaxed and friendly home.

The Room & Flat
• Furnished double room (the biggest in the apartment)
• Private ensuite bathroom (me and Eva are sharing another bathroom)
• Spacious living area
• Modern, fully equipped kitchen
• Rent: ~£1,280 per month (no deposit)
• Bills: approx. £100 per month
• Lease recently renewed for 3 more years (flexible with move-in/out)
• Move-in date: Mid April/ First week of May (can be discussed)

About Us

We are Eva and Olga, both work full-time (hybrid between home and the office).

We enjoy a relaxed, sociable home environment. We are mostly introverted at home, but we can often chat in the evenings, watching movies, and occasionally have dinner together. It’s not a party flat, but we may have 1-2 friends coming over for dinner from time to time. Our friend Renata will be moving out to her own flat now and we are looking for the third person to join our lovely home.
