My friend and I (a full-time consultant and a product manager in gaming) are looking for a friendly female roommate (also a good friend) to join our lovely girly flat! Our curent roommate is moving back home, so we have a room available.

📅 Move-in Date: May 1, 2026 (12 month contract, but can be extended to more!)

📍 Location: East Village, Stratford (E20)

🏠 The Flat: Modern furbished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. Fully equipped modern kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and balcony.
🛌 Room 1 (shared bathroom with a female professional) £1,180/month
Note: Prices exclude bills, monthly bills about £70-80 per person

👯 About Me:
I am currently a product manager in gaming (sometimes I can give you free skin!) I graduated from Cambridge in Sociology, and now a five-day on-site office girly. I love cooking, reading, pilates and matcha. Because of my work, I get up early and sleep early. I am clean, respectful, and keep a regular schedule. I value a peaceful home environment.
🚇 The Area:
Transport: 5-min walk to the station, great bus links.
Shopping: Right downstairs from Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, M&S, Lidl, and Asian supermarkets. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
Safety: Very safe residential area with 24h security.
👩 Who we are looking for:
Female preferred. Ideally a working professional who can share council tax. I am looking for someone clean, quiet (no parties, but occasional weekens potluck dinner are welcome 😊), and respectful of shared spaces.
