Hi everyone! I’m looking for a young professional female (ideally 25-30) to take over my room in a lovely 2 bed, 2 bath flat in East Village, Stratford as I’m relocating back to California. Move-in date can be anytime in June.

The flat is modern, bright, and really well-kept, with a spacious shared living room and a balcony - perfect for relaxing or having friends over. The location is ideal: you’re surrounded by great restaurants and bars, and it’s only about a 10-minute walk to Westfield Stratford.

The room itself is a large double with plenty of storage and comes with its own ensuite bathroom, so you’ll have lots of privacy and space.

You’ll be living with one flatmate, who is a dentist - she’s incredibly kind, friendly, clean, and easy to live with (we’ve been friends since uni, so I can genuinely vouch for her!).

Additional perks include optional parking available through the landlord in a secure basement garage.
