Double Room in a Social, Clean & Easy-Going Home

We’re 3 females looking for a new flatmate to join us in the middle of June! (we can be flexible with this :) )

The room:
Bright double room with loads of natural light and a great view. You’ll be sharing a bathroom (with me!), so I'm looking for someone who’s tidy and happy to keep things clean and respectful. We also have a simple rota for cleaning the toilet (one week each), just to keep things fair and easy for everyone.

The flatmate that is leaving is selling her 2 mirrors, bedside table, dressing table and small carpet for 100 pounds (in case you want them :) )

The vibe:
This is a cozy, social and lively house — we all have our own lives, but we also enjoy hanging out and having friends over. Some of our friends and family aren’t in the same country/city, so the flat is a place where people can stay when visit.

About us:
We’ve got a little Nashville queen, a little Spanish (me) and a sprinkle of London artista! and we’re looking for a 4th bestie to join the mix ✨
A mix of personalities — into things like, films, crafty, gym, Pilates, music.. (we’ve got a country singer in the house 🎤), and for me: big into sports (football, triathlon..), cooking, travelling, and a bit of music too (piano & sax). Overall just easy-going, active and social house <3

Who you are:
Someone friendly and easy to live with. You’re happy in a social house, okay with people coming over now and then, and you naturally keep things clean and respectful in shared spaces.

Location:
Great transport links (Stratford ~20 mins to central), 5 min walk to Westfield, gyms, saunas, everything nearby. 5 min from Stratford international and really close to Hackney wick for a cheeky pint!
