We are looking for two friendly new housemates for our 3 bedroom flat. Both rooms are available from 1st of June.

🏡 The Flat
A modern, well-insulated apartment with:
• Underfloor heating (rarely needed thanks to great insulation)
• Spacious living room with access to a shared balcony
• Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer-dryer)
• Fast, reliable internet
• Clean, well-maintained throughout

Bills are standard and come to roughly £130 per person/month. Council tax band D (Newham).

🛏 The Rooms
Room 1 – £1,052/month
• Bright, comfortable double room

Room 2 – £1,052/month
• Double room with a private balcony (currently inaccessible due to pending engineering works)

Both rooms come with built-in wardrobes, drawer, bed, mattress and bedside tables.

The rent may increase per annual CPI (not confirmed yet).

👤 Current Housemate
You’ll be living with Boris, who’s in his late 20s and has the ensuite room. He’s friendly, outgoing, and easy to live with. He enjoys playing instruments and badminton, and is looking for housemates who are sociable, respectful, and a good fit for a relaxed home environment.
