The flat is on the 7th floor overlooking the courtyard, great open plan living space and a lovely large south facing balcony.
The room on offer is a double bedroom that comes with a double bed, desk, chair, 2 built in cupboards and a double wardrobe. Next to the bedroom is the main bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The ensuite bedroom has their own bathroom so this will be your own bathroom.
The building is situated on Mirabelle Gardens and is less than 5min walk to local shops, Victory park, Westfield shopping centre and Stratford station.
Room: £1000 bills are not included. Bills are approximately £220 per month per person.
The flat would ideally suit someone who appreciates a clean and tidy space, looking for a home rather than just a room, understands the pressures of work and therefore likes to relax in the evenings.
