There’s a space in our friendly, relaxed townhouse! The room comes fully furnished with double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The room is available to rent immediately, and we need to find somebody by 24th October. There’s no admin fee or deposit required!! (GetLivingLondon recently introduced deposit free renting). The current contract runs until 24th February, at which point you will be free to leave or extend if you wish, which offers you good flexibility.

The room is in a 3 story townhouse shared with 4 other young professionals, two females and two males aged 26-30. We do varied work, from digital marketing, to modelling agent, and a plumber so we’re open to living with anybody providing you’re friendly, considerate, and a clean/tidy housemate. We are sociable when in the house on an evening/weekend but equally we all have our own lives, therefore ‘somebody who can do both’ is going to enjoy our home.
You will share a large, modern clean bathroom with 1 other person and we have a large dining area (perfect to WFH in these crazy times!), kitchen, living room and a lovely garden terrace. House is fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, internet, and underfloor heating! The rent for the room is £759 plus about £60 a month for all bills including utilities, tv license and council tax. For the remainder of this contract at least (end-Feb) it will effectively be £659 as the en-suite pays more.

The house is 4 minutes walk to Stratford International DLR and 10 minutes walk to main Stratford Station - which has great links to Underground (Central & Jubilee), Overground, DLR, National rail and TFL rail services (soon to be Crossrail!). If you have a car there is parking available within the building, this is £60 a month.

Westfield is right next door and there is a Sainsbury’s local and a couple of gyms within a few minutes walk - so plenty of convenience!

The local area has great free events running throughout the year including weekly Sunday markets, free outdoor workout classes (provided by Our Parks) and communal BBQ areas for all to enjoy. As well as being right next to the Olympic Park, great for walking, running, and cycling.
