LOOKING FOR TWO POTENTIAL FLATMATES TO BUDDY UP AND RENT A FLAT WITH GET LIVING LONDON - I am looking to move early November - so the clock is ticking!
I am a friendly professional working in healthcare, sociable, but also working long hours and needing some quiet time sometimes :)
Would like to find two similar amazing people to share a flat in East Village. If you've previously rented from them, you know it's a quick and easy process - no deposit, just standard referencing.
Pictures attached are basically what most flats in Olympic Village look like... Ideally looking to rent a 4 bedroom. Shared living room, furnished, usually a sofa and dining table and open plan kitchen with plenty of cabinet space and all modern amenities: fridge, microwave, cooker/oven, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer.
Most places have balconies with enough room to put a table and chairs out. All buildings are secure (fob key for entry, buzzer with video), with a lift, clean, modern. storage plus optional parking space for 65ppm.
I have a preference for the en-suite room, but don't rule out being persuaded otherwise. Double rooms would normally go for 800ppm plus bills. These would include: council tax, TV licence, water, heating and electricity and my estimate is it will come out to £80 per person per month.
Would love to meet up with any potential people willing to go through with this, and arrange some flat viewings with Get Living London ASAP.
