Hey, my flatmate is sadly moving back to the US at Christmas so I'm looking to fill her room from the new year.
The room is the first one in the video - it's a huge, spacious double bedroom with a lovely, modern en-suite and plenty of light. It's fully furnished with bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers and has a juliette balcony.
The flat has 3 bedrooms in total so we also have a spare room to use as an office space/guest bedroom. You are welcome to use this space for whatever you wish and your friends/family are welcome to stay too!
A bit about me - I'm a 32 year old software developer and work in Farringdon a couple of days a week and from home the rest of the time. I am really easy-going to live with and am social but equally like my own space at times. I enjoy having a peaceful, tidy home. I'm looking for someone similar - a clean, tidy flatmate who is friendly and happy to chill together but also likes their own space. This is not a party flat!!
Hackney Wick has a lovely community feel and we live right next to a canal with lots of independent cafes, bars, restaurants, as well as Hackney Bridge food market. Short 5 min walk to Hackney Wick overground station and 15 mins to Stratford station and Westfield Shopping Centre (there is a free shuttle bus too). We are right in the middle of the Olympic park with plenty of green spaces nearby and a 10 min walk to the lovely Victoria Park.
