Short term let- Double - Hackney Wick

Modern double room to rent 5 minutes from Hackney Wick Overground and Olympic Park.

We (two single gals) are looking for someone friendly, clean and chill to join us in this super bright and spacious new build flat during the Christmas period and beyond - note we will both be away for a week over Christmas so you’ll have the flat to yourself for that time. The room is usually the spare room/office but we don’t need it over the holiday season at all and we WFH on Monday and Fridays from the kitchen table. It’s perfect for someone in between places or visiting London over Christmas because we’re happy to let the room out on a weekly rolling basis. The move in/out date is flexible as there isn’t anyone in it now.
Important to note: we live with a cat called Daisy. She’s MEGA affectionate and loves people, however this room wouldn't be suitable for anyone with allergies.

About the flat -

Double room with bathroom shared with 1 other person. Comes furnished with a comfy double bed and 2x chest a drawers. We would want to keep the full bookshelf in the room for convenience, but let us know if you’ve got any other pieces to store as there is some additional storage in the hallway for coats/bags.

There is a large open plan kitchen/ living space, with access to a large private balcony - perfect for early morning coffee drinking!

Adria is 34 and works in Fine Art Shipping,
Charlotte is 35 and works in Marketing. We do a mix of WFH and work from office. We’re pretty laid-back and love being social. Would love someone who enjoys flat dinners, chatting after work and grabbing drinks together.
