Hello - myself and my friend are looking for 1 other person to join us in our search for a lovely new build flat in Hackney Wick/Stratford!
We have viewed properties within the Eastwick development and are looking for 1 person to join us so the agency can give us some options. The room would be a large double room (very bright and spacious) and you would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person.
The agency have asked for an annual income of £44k+.
The area is really nice with a 5 minute walk to Hackney Wick station (loadsss of nice bars & restaurants) and 15 minutes to Stratford station. There is also a gym 5 mins away with exercise classes.
We are flexible around dates.
We are both very friendly, welcoming & respectful and would love a flatmate who is also the same! We are also both clean and like to keep all areas tidy so would love a flatmate that is the same.
Not looking to be a party house as we both will be working a lot in the week, but do like the occasional girl diners and friends over. We are looking to be friends with our flatmate- watching tv and films together, drinks/dinner, doing flat things, but also are respectful of each others space and people doing their own thing❤️
