Hi there,

We have a room available in our maisonette on Edgware Road.
The flat is 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms (for your room, you will be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate), spread over 2 floors.

The rent includes bills & the cleaner.

The room comes with a double bed, a cupboard inside + a chest of drawers, and one more cupboard outside the room in the landing area, The room is on the 2nd floor of the flat.

The pictures of the room show it as is now with our current flatmate's bedding. Another picture of the room shows the layout previously to give you an idea of the dimensions and how you can rearrange the room if you wish.

Our flat is a 10 minute walk from Regents park, 15 minute walk from Hyde park. Nearby we have a Sainsbury's, Tesco, M&S and Aldi all less than 5 mins away, that is in addition to the wide variety of independent supermarkets and restaurants on Edgware Road. Little Venice is also less than a 5 minute walk away from us. We are served by 2 tube stations within short walking distance from us (giving us access to the Bakerloo, District, Circle and Hammersmith and city lines).

About us: we are 2 females, both professionals. Clean, tidy, friendly.

Living Arrangements:
Our home is peaceful, we all live in harmony and we all do our share of our responsibilities without being reminded to (e. g. doing our own dishes, picking up/cleaning after ourselves). We get along very well- we give each other space and privacy to live our own lives but also socialise together sometimes (e. g. watch movies, cook for each other or go out). We are supportive of one another while also having our independent lives.

About the new flatmate:
