Room to Rent in Central London

have a spacious furnished Double Room that will become available from December. There is a shared kitchen, hallway and bathroom.

The location is very centrally based and is 5 minutes walk to Edgware Road Station (Bakerloo/Circle/Hammersmith and city/District Lines), a 10-minute walk to both Regents and Hyde Parks, which was a lifesaver during the lockdown.

I live in the second room in the property (which was once the living room, now my room). I am sociable and d lead an active social life, restrictions permitting. I like to go to gigs, the theatre, museums and enjoy movies. I like to cook and enjoy a good chat.

I am currently retraining and am studying Law, but I am not housebound, as I do prefer to study outside of the apartment.

I am on the LGBT spectrum, so someone who is obviously tolerant and accepting of diverse lifestyles would be great.
