Hi, I’m Felix. I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room in our spacious two-bedroom flat at Park West Apartments — a secure building with 24-hour concierge service.

The room is large, bright, and easy to make your own. There’s plenty of space for a double bed, wardrobe or clothes rack, and still lots of room to move around. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the flat, so you’ll have great privacy. We share a comfortable living room and kitchen, and the flat includes a washer and dryer.

The area:
Hyde Park, Paddington, Edgware Road and Marble Arch stations are all within a few minutes’ walk, giving easy access to several tube lines. Waitrose is right outside, and Aldi will be opening nearby soon - grocery shopping couldn’t be easier.

About me:
I’m 23 and work full time as an analyst, usually from home twice a week. I’m clean, easygoing and social, though I don’t drink or smoke. I enjoy music, travelling and running in Hyde Park (you’re welcome to join!).

I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy and financially stable who values a relaxed but comfortable home.
