1 bedroom flat in Edmonton for 4 weeks

I have this amazing, spacious one-bed flat for short-term rent in Edmonton Green. The flat is 2-minute walk from Edmonton Green Overground station (zone 4). Edmonton Bus station has excellent bus links to central London.

Edmonton Green Shopping Centre is around the corner and it has everything you need (Big Asda, Lidl, Boots, Holland & Barrett, Argos). There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops inside the market.

I will be travelling and I want to sublet my flat while I am away. I’m looking for a professional, tidy person, who I can trust to look after my place for a month.

The flat will be aviation from 1 to 26 June 2024. However, I can be flexible with starting date.

THE PRICE INCLUDES ALL BILLS (these are: service charge, council tax, gas, electricity, TV licence, and internet broadband).

The flat is fully furnished, including a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe, sofa bed, dinning table, TV/TV table, coffee table, washing machine, big fridge, and gas stove/oven.

There is also an allocated parking spot.
