The property is a nice modern three bedroom house.
It’s a single room which comes furnished with a bedside table, 2 door wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small double ottoman bed with a comfy mattress :)

The furniture is now 6 months old and currently being used so please bare this in mind. Ignore the pictures of the brand new mattress as this is now in use.

The house is very clean, tidy and intend to keep it that way with the new housemate. If you lack basic hygiene then this won't be the place for you. We would like to keep the house nice and clean so everyone has a pleasurable stay.

This room would best suit a person looking for a home rather than just a room to rent in a house share.

The property has virgin broadband. Washing Machine, dryer and a good size garden.

I'm looking strictly for a professional male. Someone who's laid back like myself and the current house mates. The room isn't a first come first serve basis. I will be looking for a person who will fit the dynamics of the current house so its a happy home :-)

No overnight staying guests as this is a single room for rent.

No students and no working from home professionals sadly.

The house is located a 2 min walk from Pymmes Park
5 min walk from Silver street station so great for transport links.
The bust stop which serves the 102, W6,144,34 is less than a 3-5 min walk away.
