Hi all,
We are three professionals ladies looking for a clean and quiet house mate (or a couple) to share our 4 bedroom house.
Your room will be a huge double bedroom, with lots of storage space.
The shared spaces include access to the living room, a massive kitchen with appliances (fridge space, oven and cooker, microwave, etc cupboards, washing machine and drier, access to common pans, pots and plates if you like), a bathroom with shower cabin and bath tub, garden, free Wi-Fi, and a free parking space in the drive-way.
No smoking in the house, please.
Ideally you would be a professional like us (we would prefer a lady or a couple), respecting the fact that we work different shifts and we need some quiet time from now and then. No big parties, although an occasional BBQ is welcome.
We all keep the common areas tidy and a weelky cleaning rota is in place.
Rent is £700/calendar month (£600 deposit) per single person or £875 per couple (£650 deposit). All bills are included.
