Single room

Hi all,
We are two professional ladies and a couple looking for a house mate to share our 4 bedroom house.
We are renting a single room for single occupancy only, ideally a lady or a tidy person.
The shared spaces include access to the living room, a massive kitchen with appliances (fridge, oven and cooker, microwave, etc cupboards, washing machine and drier, access to common pans, pots and plates if you like), a bathroom with shower cabin and bath tub, small bathroom downstairs, garden, free Wi-Fi, and a free parking space in the drive-way.
No smoking in the house, please! There is a dedicated smoking space in the garden.
Ideally you would be a professional like us, respecting the fact that we work different shifts and we need some quiet time from now and then. No big parties, although the occasional BBQs or (Christmas dinner, etc) are welcome.
We all keep the common areas tidy and a weelky cleaning rota is in place.
Note: we have two tidy and well behaved kittens (mostly in my room, but are occasionally allowed in the living-room when I am at home).
