*The flat is currently on the market to be sold, hence the reduced rent. The process will take a minimum of 4 months and could take up to 12 months but does mean that I cannot guarantee a longer rental than 4 months. Anyone who wishes to take the room will need to be prepared to be ok with some viewings of the flat, there will always be at least 24 hours notice before a viewing.*

The flat is located two minutes
walk from Edmonton Green bus and train station. Fibre optic broadband is available throughout the property.

The double bedroom is furnished with IKEA furniture and has plenty of storage.

The bedroom has a large wardrobe and set of drawers.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and induction hob, a large dining table and has access to a large garden area, complete with garden furniture.

The flat has a lovely spacious bathroom upstairs with a large walk-in shower and storage.

There is a small cloakroom with a toilet with wash basin downstairs.

There is only one other person living in the property, so always easy access to a bathroom!

No pets allowed and smoking is not allowed.
