Hi future roommate,

My partner Christian and I are looking for a flatmate who wants to live with us in an amazing, modern flat in Elephant & Castle.

The flat is managed by a company that offers brand new flats; they are close to the city and the company has no letting fees. Moreover, every three months or so they organise events to meet up with residents in the building. For example, every year they have a Christmas party and last year there was even an ice rink in front of our house! There's also a communal garden and lounge for residents, it looks amazing.

The flat is £1,250 pm per month for you before bills. You'll have your own bathroom.

A little bit about us - Christian is originally from Belfast, I'm from the Netherlands. Christian works as an actuary and I work as a trainee Careers Adviser. We are both easy going, tidy and like to socialize with housemates, but also appreciate each others privacy. For hobbies, Christian likes to play football and I play badminton and piano (which is not possible a. t. m. since I don't have one in London!)
