Bright, spacious room in Elephant & Castle

Hello! I'm sadly moving out of our Elephant & Castle flat and am looking for someone to take over my room.

The room is £850 per month which is a great price for the area and a room of this size. The room is fully furnished (including a new mattress). The flat has a shared bathroom (shared between three housemates), along with a bright and modern kitchen.

You'll be sharing with two girls: Zahra (Content Producer) and Roxanne (Publisher Account Manager). Bills are included except for water (every 6 months) and a cleaner for the shared areas once a fortnight (you'll pay 20£ every 6 weeks as we take it in turns).

The flat is brilliantly located. It's around 10-15 minute walk to either Elephant & Castle and Borough station. We also have some really excellent bus routes at the botton of the road that can take you anywhere you need to go. It's about ten minutes to Bermondsey High Street and about 10 minute walk from Burgess Park which is great in the summer!
