We are looking for a new flat mate in our flat share of three because one flat mate is moving out.

>The Flat
The available room is a spacious furnished single bed room. It comes with it's own shower (not ensuite). The flat is located on the south side and therefore always sunny. It contains a bed, desk, chair and plenty of space for cloths. The flat has recently been refurbished and comes with a dish washer and washing machine. The bathroom is shared and there is a shared living/chill/kitchen room. There is a very good relationship with the landlord and there are no agency fees involved. The rent includes the bills (rent/gas/water/internet/TV license) but city council tax will only come on top if you are not a student. If needed you can start living here sooner.

>The Area
The flat is located in area 1 near Elephant and Castle. The neighbourhood is residential, quiet and very safe. There are a few venues nearby for food and drinks and the city is only 20 minutes away. All of London is very reachable as the Northern and Bakerloo line are close and the area is also a major artery for buses going in all directions. Your feet do not have to get tired while living here.

>Your new housemates
Myself I am a doctor who is also studying dentistry at Kings so quiet busy with that. The other housemate is a French girl will start her master in geopolitics at Kings. Social interactions are guaranteed, but we also respect each other space as we are young professionals.

Please note, by law my landlord will have to do a reference check to make sure you are allowed to live in the UK and also can afford the room. If you do not posses a contract, you would need a UK based guarantor, use a UK guarantor company, your university as guarantor or pay the 3 months of rent (without bills) in advance with deposit. These are legal requirements.

Bills are roughly 28 pounds per months. No city council tax if you are a student of any kind.
