Hello spare-roomers!

A one bedroom in Elephant and Castle available immediately until December 22nd. Perfect for a short let if you are new to the city until you find something more permanent.

HOUSE: The house has three floors, (ground, 1st & 2nd) 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one shower, one bath), a huge kitchen, a dining and living room, and a lovely backyard.

ROOM: The room is on the first floor with a view of the Shard. It's on the smaller side but comes with lots of storage and fully furnished, including a double bed, built-in wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, 2 shelving units (see photos)

HOUSEMATES: It’s quite a diverse and welcoming household, both culturally and occupation-wise. We all spend time together, have dinner, play board games, watch films, and go out for a pint or meal. We manage a good balance between quiet time and partying. We all have our own separate lives and schedules too, so you’re free to socialise as much (or as little) as you want. We try to be considerate and respectful to each other by keeping the communal areas clean and tidy and keeping the noise down after sleepy time.

The landlord is trying to sell the house so he has asked us to move out by January 1st. I am moving a couple of weeks early so I am looking for someone to take my room until the end of the tenancy. I've lived here for 2+ years and it's a fantastic area to be in. The housemates are really amazing people as well.

The house is only a 10 minute walk to Elephant & Castle station that has Northern and Bakerloo lines. Other points of interest nearby.
- East Central (Bank/Monument) is a 35 min walk
- West (Piccadilly Circus or Oxford Circus) is under an hour walk and 25 min by tube
- Peckham is 20 min by bus
- Lots of transport options available with buses going in every direction.

- Tesco Superstore, Morrison's, M&S (15 min walk)
- ASDA Superstore (25 min walk or 15 min by bus)
