Being inside zone 1 it’s so easy to get to and out with the train station, tube and bus interchange at your doorstep.

It’s on the 5th floor so you get some great views east towards Canary Warf.

The flat has a balcony and inside had a good-sized living/dining area with massive windows.

The Flat has shower room, kitchen and bedroom and although it’s compact it’s got tons of built in storage and nice high ceilings.

As well as the flat there is a 24 hour concierge for all your amazon deliveries and security as well as a Swimming pool, Steam room, Gym, Bike storage and private parking (all included in the rent) (there is a one off registration fee that the block charges for the use of these facilities)

It’s best suited for a young professional as its only three stops from Bank or a young couple who want their own place.

Something to note is the bedroom that is very small,
borrows light from the main living space and does not have it's own window to the outside.
While this is not to everyones taste it does mean the bedroom is very quiet.
