Master en-suite bedroom in Elephant & Castle

Renting out this en-suite bedroom in E&C until my contract ends (27 August 2021).
The flat is situated in the center of E&C, a five minute walk from the London College of Communication, 20 minutes walk to King's College London's Guy's Campus, and 15 minutes bus to King's College London's Strand campus.
I will be studying abroad and therefore need to find someone to take over my contract until it ends (27th August 2021). You would be living with three female King's College London, all in their second year, studying Politics, Medicine and Geography. This flatshare is extremely friendly - we are all incredibly close and do most things together (going out, partying, eating out, dinner nights at home, netflix nights together, etc.).
We are looking for someone who is friendly and outgoing and can mix in well with us and our friend group!
The flat has a very big balcony, so smokers allowed as long as you smoke outdoors.
Your bedroom would be the largest one in the flat, with an en-suite bathroom (toilet and shower). No one will use your toilet but might use the shower as both showers in the flat are en-suite.
This flat has the best view of London, with the Shard and the London eye visible from our balcony and even your bedroom!
The building is extremely safe and has 24 hour reception.
Our kitchen is well-equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher.

Bills are not included: you would pay 8 pounds a month for Broadband wifi and around 21 pounds for electricity.
