Sociable young professional to join stunning flat

Hi ...
We are looking for a fourth member of our new gorgeous split level flat in Elephant and Castle. The place we have found is stunning and in the perfect location along the South Bank of the Thames. It’s 2 minutes away from the tube and bars, restaurants and pubs. The landlord just reduced then rent and it’s now 704 a month, which is a bargain! The bedroom is bigger than it looks in the photo and has loads of storage space not photographed. I can send a video of the flat if needed!

So a bit about us! We are three young professional women aged 22 and 23. I work in the civil service, Kate is a fashion content creator and part time nanny and Megan is a marketing assistant.

We are creative and adventurous and love all areas of art, fashion, travel and cooking. A nice long walk (all from Northern England) followed by wine and dine night is our perfect go to. We also love a night out (when we’re allowed). We are clean, friendly and easy going, keeping respect and distance where necessary for work but always up for a chat, adventure and coffee/drink fuelled natter.
