One bedroom in the heart of Elephant and Castle

One bedroom flat in Elephant and Castle. The building was finished in 2015 so it is quite new. The living room has an open plan kitchen and is spacious with a balcony making the space nice and airy. The balcony is wonderful on a sunny day but the floor-to-ceiling windows make it feel light even on a cloudy day.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric hob, microwave, and large fridge freezer. The floors are wooden throughout (apart from the bedrooms that have wall-to-wall carpets).

The bedroom is spacious with a built-in cupboard.

The bathroom has a rain-style showerhead, as well as a handheld shower. There is plenty of storage and a utility cupboard in the entrance where the washing machine is.

This is a great flat really close to E&C tube station and all the new restaurants in the area. The flat is new and clean. The images in the advert show the flat with my furniture which I have taken with me. I will be buying new furniture for the flat so everything will be new - the sofa and bed as well.

Included in the flat: Water bills, Council Tax, Wifi (very fast internet), and electricity (so all bills are included).

I am looking for a professional person (or couple) to rent the flat and treat it as their own home. I will also be asking for references, ID and a one month deposit.
