Furnished room located near Elephant & Castle

I am a teaching professional looking to rent a furnished, clean and cosy room near the heart of the newly renovated community of Elephant & Castle. From the bedroom window you can see from Vauxhall to London Bridge and beyond as you will have Central London at your fingertips. You will only be a 15 minute walk away from Elephant & Castle tube station that has links to the Northern Line, Bakerloo Line, and National Railway. Most bus routes including Route 42, 343, 12, 35, 68 are accessible too. The room is nestled up on the second floor of a spacious flat, in a quiet residential spot that is away from any high streets but still around the corner from Walworth Road. We also have Burgess Park and Old Kent Road on our door step too. The single room already has a large wardrobe with several storage compartments, a coat hanger, a full length mirror, a desk, a sofa, a single bed, and access to abundant light. I am looking for a flatmate who is tidy, friendly, and low maintenance. Flatmates will also be sharing the property with my two older siblings who are equally friendly and considerate.
