Stunning Double Room on a Historical Victorian Street!

Due to Covid circumstances I am unfortunately moving out of my lovely 4 bedroom house between Elephant and Castle and Camberwell, where I have lived for the past 2 years.

I am looking for someone to take over the remaining months of my tenancy (until 12th September 2022).

The room itself is clean, spacious and south facing with abundant natural light, and a view over the very pretty and quiet Fielding Street from a top floor large window.
The room is fully furnished with a large wooden desk with drawers, comfortable chair, double bed, mirror, and a large wardrobe.

The top floor room is accompanied by another bedroom and the bathroom, which is modern with black tiles and a large shower which was redone over the summer.

Downstairs on the ground floor is the open plan kitchen/dining/living room, with another large south facing window on one side, and a view over the courtyard garden from the other.

Downstairs again onto the ground floor you will find access to a large whitewashed courtyard space, which basks in afternoon sun in the spring/summer and is abundant with plants and flowers.
Also on this floor are the final two bedrooms.

Overall the house is spacious and well laid out, in a fantastic location.
Fielding street is set back from Walworth road, which provides all the food/groceries/necessities as well as pubs, bars and restaurants.
The house is nicely distanced between two tube stations, Elephant and Castle (10 mins) and Kennington (10 mins).
From here you can get to central London in 15-20 mins and of course there are very reliable bus routes into the city as well from right outside the house.
