I am looking to rent out a double bedroom with its own bathroom in my cosy 2 bedroom apartment. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and desk. The bathroom has a tub and would be yours to use exclusively.

The communal area includes an open kitchen (white goods included) and lounge space (furnished). The building has a 24hr concierge, pool, steam room and gym (registration fees apply). There is a parking space for 1 car and a shared garden.

This is a flat share- and the other tenant are a young professional female, therefore a female tenant is preferable. Water bill included. Other bills (broadband, energy) and council tax are not included but come up to a total of roughly £120/person. EPC rating C. Council tax Band D.

AREA: The flat is in Zone 1, opposite from E&C tube station with access to Northern & Bakerloo Lines. E&C train station is less than a 5 minute walk (Thameslink to King’s Cross/City/Luton/Gatwick). There are several buses headed in every direction. About 15 min walk to London Bridge Station, Borough Market, Westminster, Waterloo, Tower Bridge.
