Bright, south-facing flat on the 9th floor of a modern development overlooking Elephant Park. We're a couple with a spare room - and we're looking for the right person to join us, not just fill a space.

We're a gay couple - sociable, house-proud, and pretty good at giving each other space. We love cooking, exploring London's food scene, keeping fit, travelling, and the occasional spontaneous dinner out.

Between us we work from home a couple of days a week, so the flat has a calm daytime energy. We occasionally pet-sit for friends, so if animals passing through sounds like a bonus rather than a problem, you'll fit right in.

We're hoping to find someone who becomes part of the household over time - think Friday evening drinks on the balcony as much as cosy nights doing your own thing. More housemate than lodger, basically.
