Full time let in modern, spacious apartment

Hello!
We are a Scottish/South African couple looking to let out our beautiful double bedroom in our 2 bed modern and spacious apartment in E&C.

You will have your own spacious double bedroom with hanging wardrobe as well as under bed storage and have your own spacious bathroom with shower and bath across the hallway (as we have our en-suite).

We have a lovely, spacious balcony (with outdoor seating) which overlooks a quiet park- a super, peaceful spot to have your morning coffee or evening prosecco/beer on! :)

We’re really chilled through the week and the room would be perfect for someone who is looking for a nice, relaxed space!
Come the weekend, we do like to go out and meet friends and have a few drinks out and about!

We're always happy to share a bottle of wine but equally happy to have a housemate who's happy doing their own thing and having their own space. We just ask that our new housmate is considerate & tidy.

We are a 10 minute walk from Elephant & Castle Tube station and 5 minutes to Sayer Street & the lovely Elephant park which is a fab place for bars and restaurants (with comedy club and more opening soon).

We have a number of local supermarkets within 5 minutes from us (as we're just off the high street) and 2 small convenience stores across the road from us.
A really central spot but with no noise pollution!

*We have a pet cat, Billybob (he’s a super chilled housemate- spending 99% of his time asleep)!
