I am currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a spacious double bedroom at SE17 2PW from now until 5th Sep 2024, with the option to extend! I will be leaving the country as I have received an offer from a university overseas, so would like to find someone else to take over my lease.
Rent is 850 pcm and we're ideally looking for someone who can pay 6-months upfront.
The flat is well located, with a 4 mins walk to the nearest Tesco, 7 mins walk to a large Morrisons and M&S, 10 mins walk to McDonalds and KFC. Transportation are also very convenient, with the nearest bus stop being a 4 mins walk away and the nearest tube station being 14 min away!
The current housemate is a female and a recent university graduate. She is clean and loves cooking for her friends, so would hopefully like to find someone she can get along with. If you're interested, please tell me a little bit about yourself, what you do, and what your interests are :))
