It is a 6 mim walk from Elephant and castle station so you will be living in central London. The location is ideal for anyone who is working or studying in central London and would like to be walking distance from areas like Tower Bridge, London Bridge, Waterloo with other areas within 20min by bus or train.

The rent is all inclusive and will only need to pay gas cost which is very marginal shared between the renters.

The house is fully furnished with a washing machine and oven.

The room is also furnished with a wardrobe, bed and a study table.

There is no agency or contract fees.

Shops: 2 min walk from Morrison, tesco, sainsbury, M&S and Iceland all within 2 min walk. Also there are many 24 hour shops around as well.

Transport: 6 min away from elephant and castle station along with buses to most part of London.
