Hi!

We have a large furnished double room available in Borough with a nice south facing private garden, perfect for summer bbq's. The room is furnished with a double bed, cupboard and shelves and is available from 1st June 2026.

The flat is in a great location, not far from Borough market and London Bridge. It has excellent tube, bus and rail links - 5 mins walk to both Borough and Elephant and Castle tube stations and 15 mins walking distance to London Bridge and Waterloo. Perfect cycling distance into the City.

Elephant and Castle also has good amenities nearby with grocery stores, gyms, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance.

You will be sharing with myself and Abheeshu, two friendly professionals who work in London. We are looking for a sociable, tidy and considerate flatmate. We enjoy being social but are considerate of each others personal space and would like someone to fit in that dynamic.

The rent is £850 per calendar month and the deposit is one months rent (without charges). The landlord would require references. Most bills are included in the rent (electricity, water, gas, etc). Broadband and council tax are paid for by the tenants and come to roughly £65 per month.
