Hello, I need someone to replace me. The house is in Elephant and Castle. We have three other girls living in the flat currently. One student studying at Kings College and two working professionals, one of them works with the central government and the other flatmate works with Deloitte.
I’m moving out early, my contract is until September and post September there is a low chance of the rent increasing (maybe 10-15 pounds per head). Until then it would be £750 a month. Bills would roughly come up to £100 (Council tax, Water, WiFi, Electricity and Gas)
Looking for someone who can move in anytime between April 1st-May first week.
The transport connectivity is great, we have bus stations that are just 3 minutes away and the tube station is 10 minutes away.
We have a Sainsburys that’s 5 mins away and a Tesco just behind the house, a minute away.
