Double Bedroom in 4bed female flat E&C/Kennington

Well, hello there! I am moving on to a new chapter in my life, and so, my spacious double room in the Elephant and Castle/Kennington area is up for grabs! You'll be moving into a flat with three other lovely women who are final-year film students.

The room:
The bedroom comes furnished and is on the first floor of the flat, with massive windows for lots of sunlight (when the sun is actually out in London... I miss the sunnn). You'll have a wardrobe, dresser, desk & chair, and of course, a double bed. (There is also a shelf that I've dismantled that I can easily reassemble if you so wish!) There is also a little storage room in the bedroom.
This bedroom is also separated from the rest of the bedrooms (the washroom is the following room on the left side) and separated from neighbours as there is no flat to the right side of that bedroom, so it is rather quiet.

The flat:
The space has a communal kitchen (which has a washer), dining room, lounge, toilet and bathroom. In the kitchen, everyone's got their separate space in the fridge and cupboards, but do share cutlery, crockery, pots and pans as long as they are used with care. The dining room and lounge are small but cosy and if you like people-watching, they look directly onto Walworth Road. In the summer, they've got plenty of sunlight. Sometimes I'd just sit in the dining room all day and just let the sun wash over me.

The area:
There are two bus stops directly outside of the entrance of the flat (35, 40, 45, 12 (24h), 68, N68, 171, N171, 176 (24h), 468, N89). Yes, those are actually all the buses, and because we are situated on Walworth Road right between Camberwell, Kennington and Elephant and Castle, there are really good connections!
If you prefer the tube, then it's around a 15min walk to Kennington (Northern) or Elephant and Castle (Northern, Bakerloo) tube station that will get you pretty much anywhere.
If you like the outdoors, then Burgess Park is a mere 5mins away, and Elephant Park 15mins. I am someone who quite likes to boulder, so if that's something you're into as well, then VauxWall East is around a 20min walk from the flat, which (for me) was amazing!

The boring stuff (yes, the bills):
Rent is 837.50 pounds a month. Yes, very precise, I know, but since we are paying rent for the property as a whole rather than by room, we have split the entire rent per month by four equally, so each tenant pays 837.50 pounds.
Bills are excluded, but all in all, come to around 50-65 pounds per person (WiFi, Water, Gas & Electricity).
The security deposit is 975.00 pounds which you will get back at the end of your tenancy.
The tenancy would start on April 15th (flexible with this date!) and end on August 11th with the possibility of renewal.

The flatmates:
All of the flatmates are lovely, friendly, quiet, and respectful women. We all go to the same uni and are in the same year group, currently studying film (all in your final yearrr, wheyyy!!). All have their own separate schedules and we lead quite busy lives. This is a very calm and warm household, so if that sounds like you, you'll fit right in!

Youuu!!:
Ideally we are looking for a woman to replace myself in the tenancy, so we can have all the girl power radiate through this flattt!! Jokes aside, in all seriousness, a female tenant would be preferred but is not a necessity. Somone who is respectful, friendly and tidy is all we are looking for!
